Where can I buy BOLD products?
BOLD products can be purchased at one of our many dealer locations across North America.
BOLD products can also be purchased directly on boldpros.com for residents of Canada (excluding Ontario & Quebec) and the United States. Sign up to become a BOLD Pro to purchase.

Where do products ship from?
USA: We process and ship orders from our Lionville-Marchwood, Pennsylvania warehouse Monday through Friday.
Canada: We process and ship orders from our London, Ontario warehouse Monday through Friday.
What is BOLD's warranty?
All of our products are backed by a 7-year comprehensive warranty. We don't just cover parts or pieces, we stand by our products completely and our process is painless.
What is the BOLD Pro program?
The BOLD Pro program is a community and platform for industry professionals that use BOLD products.
Having a BOLD Pro account gives pros access to extensive product information, exclusive content, training programs, and a direct line of communication to our industry-leading customer experience team.
Is it free to sign up as a BOLD Pro?
Yes! The BOLD Pro program is completely free to join!

How are BOLD products made?
At BOLD, our purpose is to elevate outdoor spaces through modern innovative lighting solutions. Purpose-built alongside BOLD professionals, out cutting-edge portfolio of products has been designed to meet the needs of the North American market and climate. This purpose has guided us as we have evolved into a bold leader that is re-defining how to light the outdoors.
Our fixtures are built with quality and longevity in mind. This means we use the highest quality materials (marine grade anodized aluminum & cast 304 stainless steel) to ensure the fixtures are built to last in even the harshest outdoor climates: snow, rain, salt, hail, ice, extreme temperatures... you name it!
All our units are sealed LED units. BOLD fixtures are rated IP65+ (IP67 for spot & recessed lights), for extraordinary protection against moisture and dirt in outdoor environments. Every single one of our products goes through extensive testing to ensure it's quality and durability exceed the needs of the North American market.
